Terry Dubois, your superintendent, has been professional, courteous, and accommodating in scheduling touchup repairs. He is a pleasure to deal with. Any and all of the workers that we have come in contact with are very professional and pleasant. Our entire experience with Signature 3 Homes has been positive. The home appears to be well-built and outstandingly insulated. We note that there is a difference between the outside and inside in that the house keeps the cool air in during hot weather and the same with warm air when it is cool outside. We looked at many other homes in the area and made our decision on Taylor's Crossing because we felt impressed with the overall quality of our home. It seems to be a good if not better than more expensive homes. We could have bought at a more expensive rate per square foot, but felt that we were getting more for less money in the home that we purchased. My wife and I dreamed of having our own custom home built after watching so many “dream builder shows” until we decided to make it happen. First, we prayed and asked God to direct our path and help us find a builder with honesty and integrity. Second, we researched several different local builders and inspected well over 200 new homes (especially during the parade of homes). Third, we spoke with several friends and co-workers, who’ve purchased new homes, to get feedback about their experiences. Fourth, we check with the Better Business Bureau to get an ideal on how builders treated their customers after closure (e.g. did the builder magically disappear once the problems start occurring). From the start as we were moving into the area, we struggled with the decision of which builder to choose. Randomly chosen, previous customers and even our subdivision manager sold us on your quality of construction and follow-up. Your price per square foot was the best that we found in the area, and with no sacrifice in quality. Because of the reduced price rate, we were able to afford a larger home than we dreamed possible. Once construction started, your openness to changes was amazing, most implemented with no added cost. Your subcontractors are friendly people producing consistently high-quality work. The unfailing patience we were shown in answering numerous, ignorant questions and waiting for our selections built confidence for us as the process progressed. The efficient scheduling of subcontractors allowed our home to be finished in near record time, months quicker than any other builder would even promise. I can think of few days in the three and a half months when there wasn't some major work being done. For those few problems we discovered during and after construction, the "subs" came back promptly and with a good attitude to correct or add to their previous work. For those even fewer items where we disagreed on the resolution, you displayed a willingness to reach a fair compromise. In a larger and more important sense you are a man of your word, an increasingly rare quality in today's business world. For optional items we added outside your standard package, those prices were also very reasonable with no obvious overhead profit for you, again with your company providing a warranty for their quality. To summarize, this is by far the best quality and value home of the three we have had built. Our friends and family have all been impressed.
